Hi, I’m Melissa, a naturopath, wellness educator, and the founder of TBG (Toxins Be Gone) World and Pinnacle Naturopathy Clinic.

For more than a decade, I’ve been helping people who feel stuck, burnt out, or just off-track rediscover their energy, rebuild their confidence, and realign with their purpose.

But here’s the thing: I’m not just here to fix symptoms.
I’m here to help you detox your life- not just your liver.

Because real healing isn’t about doing a 7-day juice cleanse or trying the next wellness trend. It’s about clearing the clutter – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – so you can finally breathe again and live with clarity, vitality, and peace.

Everything I teach is built around my signature framework:

The Three Pathways of Life – Personal, Purpose, and Relationships.

These pathways aren’t steps you tick off; they’re living, breathing parts of who you are.

  • The Personal Pathway is about coming home to yourself, healing your body, nurturing your mind, and reconnecting to your intuition.

  • The Purpose Pathway helps you find meaning and flow again, whether that’s in your work, your creativity, or your daily drive.

  • The Relationship Pathway is where connection happens, learning how to give and receive from a place of wholeness.

When all three pathways align, life stops feeling like a constant uphill climb and starts to flow again. You wake up lighter. You think clearer. You move with intention.

To support those pathways, I teach through my Four Pillars of Health:

  2. Subconscious – rewiring old patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck.

  3. Mindset – cultivating resilience, gratitude, and self-leadership.

  4. Nutrition – fuelling your body with whole, plant-based foods that heal and energise.

These pillars aren’t just about health – they’re about alignment.


They help you create a body that supports your purpose and a life that feels clean, clear, and aligned.

How I Work

 

I combine functional medicine testing, naturopathic therapies, and mind-body coaching to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether it’s fatigue, hormone chaos, anxiety, or gut issues, I don’t just look at your symptoms, I look at your story.

My work also extends beyond one-on-one consultations into immersive programs, online communities, and transformative retreats. Inside TBG.world, you’ll find resources, recipes, and education designed to help you live the “detoxed life” every day – not just during a program.

Because healing isn’t a quick fix. It’s a way of life.
